Pretty amazing, inspiring flick...especially when you take into account that it's a true story, which is pretty hard to believe. A movie like this can't really escape being predictable, but at the same time it eschews the sorts of melodramatic sentimentality that usually afflicts Disney sports dramas.
Great performances, great directing, great story. I don't even give a flip about hockey and I dug it.
