Review of Minority Report (2002) by Lovro H — 19 Jul 2015
Well, this is one damn great movie! From the moment the first scene starts I felt hooked. The way the movie looks is really amazing. It's got this greyish filter and for a science fiction movie, it fits in perfectly! The effects are awesome, the movie looks great even by today's standards.
The story is very intriguing. It reminded me a lot of Looper, I guess that's where Looper writers got the idea from. There are some really interesting plot twists along the way, some you never see coming.
The characters are interesting and some are quite likeable. I don't think there's any character who was annoying or just badly written throughout the entire movie. The acting is great. Tom Cruise is great as John Anderton, even though I am not a big fan of him and some of his movies.
All in all, a very interesting movie with great acting, a brilliant story and a really beautiful feel to it. I would deffinetely recommend seeing this movie!
