Fun sci fi movie, shades of David Lynch, set in a future where PreCogs can see murders before they can take place, and cops can arrest them beforehand! A cop gets the murder nod though, the cop doesnt know who this guy is that he's supposed to kill.
Fun and inspired, (If not a tad bit long).
