The prequel of the Despicable Me series that was a big hit when it was released. It was the first non-Disney film to gross a billion domestically. As to make a Minions movie, it took a lot of work. But they did do awesome work on this film with the storyboard, writing, animation and characters.
It's more well written than the Despicable Me Series anyways.
