If the characters here are the best the FBI have to over then the Terrorists have already won.
Poorly constructed plot too. About 50 minutes into the film the character finally decide to act like detectives after a period of irritating finger pointing that is just breaks the film up and stops you believing in what you're seeing. Although they quickly return to form eager to point fingers and guns at an unbelievable pace.
Don't bother with this film, it's not even as good as Deep Blue Sea.
