Review of Minari (2021) by Lumdog — 03 Oct 2021
As part of an asian family growing up and assimilating in a western country, I really related to this film. I love the little asian culture nuanced jokes, especially involving the grandma. It's a real down-to-earth and wholesome film.
The acting especially from the two leads is outstanding. Steven Yuen thoroughly deserved his Oscar nomination for this.
