Doesn't carry on the formula from the first with the same vigour, in fact there are a couple of scenes that they just plain repeated. The little twist at the end wasn't too subtle and pretty obvious straight away.
Overall just lacked any tension or the ability for you to care about the main characters. Given it two stars because it is a big bug killing stupid humans, what can I say, I like creature-features.
