(2005) Millions.
DRAMA.
I love director Danny Boyle but this film doesn't really do anything for me which is like watching a made-for-tv movie! The simplistic story involves a little boy finding a bagful of money and decides to give that money away to the less unfortunate with of course obstacles happening along the way such as the people who planted that money there in the first place. Except that I've read about these 'charitable donations' on newspapers all the time that I don't really need to waste time watching a fictionize movie made about it!
There's a simple reason why this film didn't do too well at the boxoffice upon it's release despite garnering well recieived reviews from movie critics and it has alot to do with it's familarities of real life meaning that it doesn't offer anything new what people haven't seen or heard about themselves in actuality!
