Review of Million Dollar Baby (2004) by Nicholas D — 06 May 2011
Remarkable and heartfelt film beautifully directed by Clint Eastwood. Begins to play out as a another boxing film but takes an unexpected turn in the third act. The scope of the film is perfect. It packs so much in 2 and 1/4 hours but never seems rushed.
This film definitely demands reflection and contemplation afterwards.
