Review of Million Dollar Baby (2004) by Christopher S — 06 Jan 2011
There are a remarkable amount of the Academy Award Winners for Best Picture, that I simply do not agree with. This is not one of them. It deserved every accolade it received. To be fair, it is the type of film you will probably only watch once, but it is the type of film you will only WANT to watch once because of how overwhelming it is.
It grabs you and carries along whether you want to be carried along or not.
