Review of Million Dollar Baby (2004) by Brian K — 15 Sep 2012
10/20/05 - I didn't much care for Million Dollar Baby. I don't understand all the hype around it. The first half or so was pretty entertaining and good, but the last half was pretty disjoint and fragmented.
A lot of it was pretty unrealistic both in terms of plotlines and boxing scenes. It was fairly depressing too, but not too much because it didn't really keep my interest. I thought the characters were rather shallow.
