Review of Million Dollar Arm (2014) by Jonathan B — 19 May 2014

A very fine and entertaining family film filled with a great energy, a good story and some brilliantly shot locations. I especially like the fact that they spoke Hindi throughout most of the film which shows respect for that culture and language rather than straight away making them speak all English like in most films.

The cast is excellent, john Hamm is a very fine actor and the young lads are pretty funny and attaching. This is a classic film , well done , well acted, very well produced and packaged but somehow it works really well and feels completely natural.

Disney still hold some magic up their sleeves....
