Review of Million Dollar Arm (2014) by Shaun A — 05 Mar 2015
A sports movie that transcends nations, age, and culture. Neither a fan of cricket nor baseball, I reluctantly watched this movie as it kept me engaged throughout. It flirted with cliches like the Indian "head bob" and the over dramatic Indian family sop, but the movie had enough substance to redeem itself.
I would like to say it's a home run, but then that would be too clichéd.
