Review of Miller's Crossing (1990) by Marcus W — 02 Aug 2009
Quite possibly the Coen's best film. The writing is just perfect and laced with their usual dark humour. The acting is brilliant across the board, and it's shot beautifully by Sonnenfeld (before he started directing).
Any fan of the Coen's needs to see this as it showcases just how far ahead of most other writers/directors they are.
