Review of Miller's Crossing (1990) by Jamie D — 11 Aug 2010
Tom Reagan: Nobody knows anybody. Not that well.
Another clever Coen's film brilliantly acted and scripted. Trying to guess exactly what side Tom Reagon grips the audience and we're left on the edge of our seats throughout. With some stand out performances, and a brilliant pace, the film is a unique gangster film with plenty of character. The ending is just as encapsulating as some of the other stunning scenes that make up the film, particularly 'that' scene in the woods. Shocking.
