Satoshi Kon strikes again with another psychological thrill ride that skillfully skews the line between fantasy and reality to the point that its no longer relevant. This story of an actress chasing a nameless, faceless lover through a lifetime of reality blurred with fantasy right up to the end of her life and beyond is both compellingly tragic and heartbreakingly beautiful.
