Review of Millennium Actress (2002) by Vidal H — 12 Jul 2008

I'd been excited about this movie for a LONG time...the animation did not disappoint, it was amazing throughout. the story had serious potential, but eventually it got a little repetitive. the blending of real-life and Chiyoko's acting career was interesting and entertaining, though a little confusing because the transition from one world to another was so smoothe that sometimes it took a moment to tell that you were dealing with reality.

it was a great story, a little slow and confusing, but the animation was great and it was well worth the watch.
