Satoshi Kon did it again. We do not know why it tok us so long to discover this director. His work is poetry. The surreal style he brings in his anime is a great work of art.
Millennium Actress is maybe one his anime where the use of the non linear plot most succesfull, or better, most justify.
Retrcing someone's life through an interview, where evryone takes part in the visualization of the story, where fntasy and reality merge and collaide is very intriguing and intertaining.
Millennium Actress is a drama tiold in a why you have never even immagined.
An animation that stand as a great movie!!
