Really quite a touching take on Harvey Milk, it definitely illuminated his life for me. It's certainly inspiring, as well as a refreshing look at early grassroots gay rights campaigns and shows the strength of such movements and people power.
Sean Penn and James Franco are terrific, and an enraging (at least, for me) take on the conflicted, foolish Dan White by Josh Brolin.
