Very good movie. A little slow at the beginning.At first I thought "What's the big deal? I've seen this before." But the it gets very compelling. I laughed, and shed a few tears. The acting is superb.
Sean Penn completely dissapears into the character of Harvey Milk. James Franco is wonderful. His non-verbal acting and reacting is great, I enjoyed E Hirsch very much also. Josh Brolin was fine but not as great as I expected.
