Review of Mikey and Nicky (1976) by Cody C — 21 Apr 2011
One of the best gangster movies of all time. It's a shame this film isn't well known. Cassavetes and Falk are pitch-perfect. The story is simple, but very deep and tragic. When you really listen to the dialogue, the depth emerges.
I've seen it three times and noticed something new each time. Gets better every time I see it.
