Should've been titled Mike and Dave need a funny script. I knew I was in trouble when I had to force laugh to start the movie. Zac Efron is an afterthought. Aubrey Plaza manager should be fired for boxing her into dumb slut roles.
Anna Kendrick feels forced and they never follow thru on a set up about her wedding. Lavelle Crawford, an actual comedian, does not have a single funny line or scene. Characters just don't make sense or any real connection.
this movie is a mess and should've gone straight to DVD. The end stage scene was what the whole movie should've been and the outtakes should've been actual scenes. A very UNFUNNY movie. Bleh.
