This is the special I have been wanting for years and delivered. It is great seeing Billy and Zack after so many years. Trini's death was very heroic and emotional. Minh was a great character throughout the writing could've been tidied up I believe her character arc was really good.
Even though Jason, Kimberly, and Tommy weren't there it didn't ruin the experience for me at all. The OG Megazord was really good loved the original formation scene and the battle scene enough it was short.
The tribute of Jason David Frank and Thuy Trang got me the most.
