Review of Midnight Run (1988) by Robert B — 09 Dec 2008
One of my top ten comedies of all time, it's essentially a buddy road trip movie, only DeNiro is cop-turned-bounty hunter trying to deliver Grodin while being chased by the FBI, mafia and assorted competitors.
Great chemistry develops between DeNiro and Grodin, and the likes of Yaphet Kotto, Dennis Farina, Joe Pantoliano and John Ashton (as Marvin) all manage to steal their scenes. This movie had me ROTFLMAO.
