Another 80's "buddy" movie. De Niro plays against type as a gruff no-nonsense bounty hunter, while the other guy is completely forgettable. Will De Niro soften by the end and learn to open up and make amends for the wrongs he did in the past? Yes, of course, but it's still fun, has an exploding helicopter bit, a car chase bit, some shooting bits, a good plot, and a score by Elfman.
