Review of Midnight Run (1988) by Jonny C — 24 Jul 2009
Great movie. De Niro plays a bounty hunter who tracks down an embezzler, but has to get him back to the bail bonds man before a deadline, The only trouble is, the Mob. the FBI, and an other bounty hunter are out to get his prisoner too.
Midnight Run is great fun, with loads of memorable moments and quick witted dialogue. I thought Charles Grodin was great as the unwilling prisoner, and the rest of the cast were clearly having fun too.
