I really like Clint Eastwood as an actor and director, and so was curious to see this directorial effort. Also read the book years ago and found it entertaining. This is not a great movie, but I really liked the scenes portraying all the quirky Savannah characters, and I've always been a fan of John Cusack's.
Kevin Spacey is quite good, and I especially liked the Lady Chablis' performance, she was a lot of fun to watch.
