Review of Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil (1997) by Robbo60 — 13 Oct 2011
The atmosphere is wonderful. John Cusack's usual well-nuanced style fit right in, ironically, as the outsider looking in. The problem is the length of the film; even though there were so many true-life characters (some playing themselves), you have to cut something.
And, a little Chablis goes a long way. Eastwood's daughter could have been much worse.
