Review of Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil (1997) by Charles G — 01 Jul 2012
Having spent a good deal of time in Savannah (and being an outsider) I felt Eastwood did a great job directing and most of the actors were superb at portraying the character that is uniquely Savannah. As usual, Kevin Spacey was effortlessly superb in the leading role.
Even in movies that should never have been made he still manages to shine, but Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil is one the I have watched several times and always enjoy.
