Review of Midnight in Paris (2011) by Ruslan M — 08 Dec 2012
While its intentions are good, Midnight in Paris is a bit all over the place. Moments of whimsical romance and pleasant nostalgia are mixed with painfully cliched stereotypes, trite references, blatant self-indulgence, repetitive sub-plots, and questionable dialogue in this more accessible but naive, humorless and fairly overrated Woody Allen film.
