Review of Midnight in Paris (2011) by Augustine H — 09 Feb 2014
The opening features an intoxicating montage of the lovely Paris with a fascinating score. After that it's a dream-like apocalyptic story regarding the power of imagination and will pursuing, but no omission of the love theme which Woody loves to explore and discuss most.
Art and literary critics will probably be more fanatic when you hear those big names, but I am pretty sure even if you don't you will be deeply amazed by Woody's approach. A film hard to get out of your mind within weeks.
