Review of Midnight Cowboy (1969) by Cheryl M — 14 Jul 2008
This was worth seeing after all these years, having missed it when it first came out (too young to get into the theatre!). Voight was much better than I figured he'd be, given his other work over the years.
Dustin was amazing, really a great actor. The psychodelia and 60s New York scenes were far out, man... loved it. John McGiver, my god! And Bob Balaban as the young gay kid was a surprise.
