I was really hopeful that this movie was going to be rad. But... it wasn't. I don't get all the psychedelic camera shots. All the flashbacks were daunting and crazy. I know it was the late 60's but holy crap.
The performances by Jon Voight and Dustin Hoffman were good, but not enough to sell me on this pornographic/cowboygigalo/drugbinge cracked out movie. I'm really glad I wasn't around in the 60's.
