Review of Midnight Cowboy (1969) by Joey S — 19 Jan 2012

To start off, this is by far my favorite movie of all time. It is so well written, well acted, and so emotional, it's hard to explain it in words. Dustin Hoffman is breathtakingly amazing in his role as Ratso Rizzo, a crippled con artist who makes friends with Jon Voight's character, Joe Buck.

I think this is the only movie that made me so emotionally attached to the characters that I genuinely cried. Film making at its best, this movie is an experience you can't and won't ever forget.
