The Center of the Universe will never seem the same to me again. Sure I've seen plenty of gritty, low-life dramas set in NYC, but this Oscar-winner for Best Picture (and not to mention the astounding performances by Jon Voight and Dustin Hoffman) have given me a new perspective on the lives of those poor, lonely souls looking towards a better future only to find their dreams slowly fade away.
