Review of Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life (2016) by Liam M — 14 Oct 2016
Saw it today, very good! Really liked it a lot, very fun movie. Expect some sad stuff though, but I won't spoil it. I'll just say if you've read the book, you'll know it's coming. If you haven't, it will really shock you.
My parents didn't see it coming at all haha. Even though they missed a lot of things from the book (like Ms. Donatello and Swifty's), it was still really good. Even though Ms. Donatello isn't here, Mr Teller kinda replaces her and he does a good job.
The casting was kinda bad looks wise for some of them. Miller's casting was awful though. He wasn't tough at all in the movie. Overall though, really fun kids movie!! I will buy it on Blu-ray, just not full price.
Grade 4/5 stars with the grade of a B.
