They could have done so much more with this concept. It's lacking the copious amounts of humor that you would expect to have been central to the movie, and while the nudity and sex that is in the movie is blended in very tastefully, you almost are left disappointed by that.
Instead, the film goes more in the direction of what went on behind the scenes, the business side of things. The beginning scenes almost quash your excitement for the whole movie with a timeline and narration that is more complicated than it needs to be.
What should have been an insanely fun idea for a movie becomes a little boring, drawn out, and bogged down by the depth of the story. I suppose you could call it a very grown-up way of handling the topic, something you probably wouldn't feel very uncomfortable seeing with your parents if you had to.
