Review of Middle Men (2009) by Zaire S — 08 Aug 2010

I've read several mix reviews for this film. So I was on the fence about seeing this. After the first 15 minutes I knew I was going to enjoy it. Luke Wilson narrating throughout the film gave it an old crime mob movie feel.

Even though alot of its was real comical. I real enjoyed Luke Wilson in this film. I'm not the biggest fan of his work but he impressed me with his performance. Giovanni Ribisi also brought alot of light humor when parts of the film became dark.

The story was very intriguing and loved how there was a few subplots. I wish the writers would have developed the subplots a just a bit more. It would have gave us a better chance to know some of the characters a little better.

Movies like this should be atleast 2 hours just because there is alot going on so we need a little bit more explanation. However overall in my opinion this is very good movie that has been slept on.
