Disclaimer says this is based on true events and company in it is a real pioneering company, but also says all events charactors and events are fictional, so basically take it for what it is, but its amusing and sometimes edgy enough tale showing another glimpse at fortunes made during the internet infancy years.
some interesting moments and Luke wilson is a good watch as is Giovanni ribisi. a good watch.
