This movie has a lot of emotion and something to say, but pay attention or it will all pass by too quickly for you to catch it. This movie is a ride that you have to catch from beginning to end in order to get the full effect.

Sunny Sulijic really sold his character to me. I felt for this kid and was moved when he found just exactly what he was missing in the beginning of the film. This movie is short and doesn't take long to get started.

I could have used more time and specifically more time with certain characters. But all in all I really liked this movie. A good start for Jonah Hill's career as a filmmaker.
