You instantly know this is a Jean-Pierre Jeunet project even if you don't pay a lot of attention. His film making style is unique, to say the least. The movie is great. Somehow the subtitles I got were terrible.
So that took out some of the fun but the movie still came through. That's the power of brilliant direction.
