Jean-Pierre Jeunet directed Amelie. This movie, with arms manufacturers as the baddies, has its heart in the right place. It is an oddball movie (sometimes it was like watching 'Freaks' not entirely lacking in humour.
But, and by a long way, it is not Amelie.
