Review of Micmacs (2009) by Matt J — 27 Jan 2011
A visually fascinating and wildly entertaining spectacle that makes a statement about the international arms trade. Combining elements of Buster Keaton, slapstick cartoons and characters you can connect with, Jeunet continues to brilliantly stir trouble with his uniquely colorful and stylish method to great filmmaking.
A must watch for fans of the director's work.
