All this time, I finally found out the reason Irish independance never really worked out was a love triangle. Man, do I hate Julie Roberts, and there's no easier way to take a complicated historical figure like DeValera and make him purely a bad guy than casting Alan Rickman.
Hey, isn't that the bad guy from Die Hard, he must be shady?!
