A lot more style than substance. The only similarities between this and the tv show is the names are the same. The soundtrack is good, and so is Mann's realism. The action sequences are heart pounding and awesome.
The dialogue however is very stiff and sometimes hard to understand. Only watched this because I am watching all of Michael Mann's directed films.
