Don't let some reviews confuse you - this is not a tense, plot heavy, steamy thriller - it's a plodding mess that tries to capture an atmosphere of excitement but comes over as dull. There is little action until the closing moments and the dull sex scenes and clichéd plot are cringeworthy.
Every plot "development" is signposted and Foxx, Farrell and Gong phone in their performances and manage to look even more bored than I was. 2hr 26mins of self indulgent pap.
