Not half as bad as I'd been led to believe. It's a decent attempt at a revamping of an old TV show. The plot keeps bubbling along nicely. That is until the last half an hour or so when my attention wandered quite drastically.
Other negatives: the nudity is almost always gratuitous and if I were Jamie Foxx I'd have been a little irked at the lack of parity between the parts of Crockett and Tubbs. This is largely a Colin Farrell show.
Ultimately Miami Vice is nothing special but still er... ok. High praise eh?
