Review of Miami Vice (2006) by Jourdan C — 12 Mar 2010

I expected too much from Michael Mann. You pretty much have to watch the TV series in order to understand and care for Crockett and Tubbs. The film is poorly edited and is very tedious. I found it to be a typical cop movie.

I do enjoy Mann's style of filmmaking in the film with the digital and realistic aspects, but even that couldn't save the film.
