OK, but not great. Plot is so-so, but direction is very energetic and the cinematography superb. Michael Mann loves night scenes, HD cameras and using colour against dark backgrounds. He brings all these and more visual effects here.
Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx are good in the lead roles. Remaining cast are fairly solid.
