Review of Miami Vice (2006) by James O — 26 Jan 2013
Colin Farrell doing Crockett, honestly this role was made famous by Don Johnson, and the crooner of such epic pop gems as HEARTBEAT tramples all over Farrell. Michael Mann's recasting of Lt. Castillo, brilliantly played by Edward James Olmos in the series is a criminal act.
Visually cool, stylish it lacks the heart of the original series.
